coaching

Because our clients are looking for results that are quick, substantial, and sustainable, we have a three-part process that guarantees a return on investment.

1. Assessment.

All coaching begins with an assessment. This is an essential part of the process that helps to determine clear objectives and indicators of coaching success. We use 360-degree feedback, and instruments that look at your personality type and learning style. After administering those instruments and providing you with feedback, we work with you to develop clear objectives so that, at the end of the coaching, you will clearly be able to see how far you’ve come.

The assessment process normally requires 2-3 face-to-face sessions, and takes place over a period of two weeks.

2. The coaching.

Over the next six months, your coach will be your partner on your journey of change: encouraging you, supporting you, and giving you ongoing feedback. Each coaching session will be tailor-designed to move you closer to achievement of your objectives. You’ll see your coach twice a month for face-to-face sessions, but you’ll have unlimited access any time you want to ask questions or bounce ideas off of him/her. In addition, your coach will provide you with detailed notes from each session.

3. The follow-up.

Many of our clients want to maintain contact with their coach once the coaching process is finished. Sometimes this is achieved on an informal basis, through telephone calls and coffees, but at other times a more disciplined approach is preferred, with monthly or quarterly follow-up sessions.
